Welcome to Jay’s Press-On Nails. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. General

By using our website and placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian. You agree not to use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or remove products from the shop at any time for any reason.

2. Pricing

All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) by default. You may view prices in your local currency using the currency selector on the website; however, all transactions are processed in South African Rand at checkout. Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Once an order is placed, the price at checkout will be honored. Discounts and promotions cannot be applied retroactively.

3. Products & Custom Orders

All nail sets are handmade and made to order. 

• Processing time is 10 to 15 business days, not including shipping time.

• Solid color and cat eye sets may have slight variations in shade due to differences in screen setting and lighting conditions.

• Custom sets are made based on inspiration images and interpreted in our own style.

• Freestyle Mystery sets are final and based on a theme provided by you, with full creative control given to the artist.

4. Sizing Responsibility

It is your responsibility to order the correct nail sizes. We strongly recommend purchasing a sizing kit in the same shape and length before placing your order. We are not responsible for fit issues due to incorrect sizing.

5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the hygienic and personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns, refunds, exchanges, or last-minute cancellations. By placing an order, you agree to this policy. For full details, please see our Return & Refund Policy.

6. Shipping

• Shipping times are separate from processing times.

• We are not responsible for delays, damage, or lost packages once the item has been handed over to the courier.

• Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. If an order is returned due to incorrect details, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site including photos, logos, designs, and text is the property of Jay’s Press-On Nails. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content without written permission.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

Jay’s Press-On Nails is not liable for any allergic reactions, damage to natural nails, or misuse of products. Our products are intended for external, cosmetic use only.

 

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
