At Jay’s Press-On Nails, each set is handcrafted and made to order, ensuring a luxury product tailored just for you. Due to the personalized and hygienic nature of our press-on nails, we do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or last-minute cancellations.


Why We Do Not Accept Returns or Refunds

• Hygiene and Safety

Press-on nails are considered personal care items. For sanitary reasons, returned sets cannot be accepted or reused.

• Custom-Made Products

Every set is handmade based on your selected shape, length, and style. As each order is created specifically for you, all sales are final.

• Sizing Accuracy

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate nail sizes. You must use a sizing kit in the exact same shape and length as the set you’re ordering to ensure a proper fit.
