Shipping Policy

At Jay’s Press-On Nails, each set is handmade with care, which means every order requires time to be crafted to perfection. Please review the shipping policy below to understand processing and delivery timelines before placing your order.

Processing Time & Shipping Time

All nail sets are made to order and require 10 to 15 business days for production before shipping. Orders containing multiple sets may take slightly longer.

• National Shipping

 - Standard: 2 to 3 business days

 - Express: Next business day

• International Shipping

 - Standard: 5 to 7 business days

 - Express: 1 to 2 business days

Shipping Options & Rates

Shipping fees are applied to the full order (not per item) and are calculated at checkout based on your location. Both standard and express options are available.

• National: The Courier Guy

• International: UPS, FedEx, and DHL

Tracking Your Order

Once your package has shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you and the name of the shipping carrier. Use this to follow your package’s journey until it reaches your doorstep.

Important Notes

• We are not responsible for any damage that occurs once the package has been handed over to the shipping company.

• We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by weekends, holidays, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

• Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

• Shipping times may be extended during busy seasons or sales events due to high order volume.

• If a package is returned due to an incorrect contact number or incomplete address, reshipping fees will be the customer’s responsibility.
